I was super stoked to be invited to take part in the Girls Fact or Fiction show at Light Grey Art Lab! The exhibition showcases 100 different artists with their take on some of their favourite ladies.

I decided pretty quickly on Mabel Stark as she was just an incredible woman and I never fail to be fascinated about her life with her tigers. This piece is a little bit more colourful than usual for me but I’m so pleased with how it turned out. Still managed to get some of my tiny lines in there though!

If you’d like to buy a print you can do so right over here and while you’re at it you could pick up one of the exhibition books which features all of the work from the show. 

I really wish I could have made it to Minneapolis for the opening yesterday but I’ll hopefully be able to find some photos online to share.
