Book Cover Design for “The Wonderful Wizard of Oz” by L. Frank Baum

This is part of my ongoing series “A Novel View”, where I create a new book cover design for classic books that are now in the public domain.

This book was amazing. It’s so much different than the movie. There are many more tangents, it’s a little more gruesome and a lot more characters.

I was extremely inspired by the book and sketched every image I came across in the text.

Hope you love it! I can’t get the book off my brain!

BTW my daughter’s name is Dorothy so this is an extra special one for me. : )
